What does Not Considered mean? The tie in question, while regarded as a Giant Killing by the people who voted for it, is not regarded as such by the Giant Killers Website. There'll be one of three reasons for this.
1: You have to draw a line at what's considered a Giant. For that reason we term a Giant to be any top flight team, extended to second tier when they lose to Non-League opponents since the creation of the Third Division.
2: You have to be from a lower division to be a Giant Killer. For that reason, any victory by a top flight team over another top flight team has been discarded.
3: You have to actually win the game. To kill the Giant you actually have to knock them out of the competition, not just keep the score at 0-0.
While the merits of Vauxhall Motors against Queens Park Rangers, Wimbledon against Liverpool and Exeter against Manchester United are all great cup moments, in the eyes of the site, QPR weren't a giant at the time, Wimbledon were the seventh best team in the country when they beat Liverpool and Exeter merely wounded the giant, they didn't slay it.
But this page is for your opinion, not the site's.
